well...in the seven swords man fight, there was that one person who pulled out a scroll and items could have been summoned from that so maybe we might see that again....in any case isnt emma a summoned animal? they have all the techs they had until the point of their death so i guess he could just summon him again but who knows

Enma has a personality, and is concious of what is right, and what is wrong. If Hiruzen decides to summon him to fight against the allied forces, I think he'd refuse. If the Hokage somehow overturn the ET, then Enma will rip **** up.

Well, he is hard as diamond and he did protect the Third Hokage from Mokuton, and he also pushed Kyuubi out of the village during its' attack on Konoha.
