Nagato has a little chance to survive Amaterasu

Yeah he can push it with his Shinra tensei but the only counter he has - sensing abilities and i will call it just a little chance.

First he doesn't have speed to dodge it, he can sense it but what? He still can't dodge it, for example kage bunshin can do the trick, onlya couple secs distraction and Amaterasu would hit him.

In the manga when he was hit by that he falled on the ground and flames was burning on him and i guessing what only because of Edo body he was able to use Shinra, so if he would be alive probably he wouldn't be able to survive these injuries
Even if would use Shinra he would be seriously injured and wouldn't be able to continue the battle against his opponent.

Good thing he has petra path. The reason why he was hit or took so long to deal with amaterasu in the manga is because he had no control other his body, so him sensing amaterasu meant nothing.

Nagato would've been able to push the falmes away with shinra from the beginning too.
But kabuto was in control, and kabuto knows that the edo bodies cant die, so why bother
rushing things, when you can perfectly look for a hole in the enemies defence and strike
when necessary.

Im talking what it would end him before he could use his Rinnegan tech, because to use Amaterasu you don't need preparations and is much faster to use plus itself it's almost instant

Nagato can counter Amaterasu. I think the only trouble Amaterasu could give Nagato is within the 5 minute delay in which he can use his almighty push/pull.

Amaterasu puts much pressure in the eye and require big amount of chakra which Nagato can sense.
He sensed and warned Naruto that Itachi was going to use amaterasu in their fight.

He can sense amaterasu before hand then activate it, amaterasu takes a little time before it's fired. Even if he somehow gets hit amaterasu is slow burning so the damage wont be a lot and he can recover his wounds with Nakara path(I think that's the one where it healed his legs).
