However, you have to take into consideration a few things.

Minato can speed blitz in rapid session, while Naruto can't.

Minato can be hit by everything Naruto's got, and reform.

Minato has unlimited chakra in edo form.

Madara's soul sealing will win against Minato, but I seriously doubt he can catch him.

Lee kicked straight through Madara, and I'm sure Minato is faster than lee. Yeah, he was moving with equivalent speed as he would with opened gates but doubting Minato could accomplish the same is like saying Guy or Lee > Minato. Minato is still faster.
