Could Tsunade have really healed Orochimaru's hands?

I say this because of the RDS jutsu. When it steals the soul of a person, you cannot revive him(can't even reanimate him without breaking that jutsu).
I am sure Tsunade can't bring back a person from the dead(let alone rds seal). So, she should not have been able to heal oro's hands which were supposedly taken by the shinigami(of rds). Its a different thing that kabuto and oro believed hat she could do so. But now when we see oro reversing/breaking rds to get his hands,isn't it hard to believe that Tsunade could have done so.
So, what do you think friends?

Yeah, seems to be a possible explanation but Minato was the one who developed this jutsu and used it for the first time. I don't think that Tsunade would have even seen that jutsu or known about it.(only hiruzen did)

Good thread btw! I also started thinking the same when they were trying to find Tsunade to heal his arms. I mean his arm's souls were severed from him, how could medication heal that? :\ Unless we don't know something that Tsunade-hime can actually do about reversing damages even to the point of healing the soul too.

Tsunade has a ability to regenerate cells, RDS already taken the soul of the cells thus made it dead cell (cant regenerate) but tsunade can make it "alive" again.
