Old age shrank. hashi is the closest but the lines show that hashi tobirama and minato are around the same height, with hiruzen horribly shorter lol

Well I think Hiruzen is indeed poor because he has to see Oro again. That's just horrible. Plus poor first and second hokage. Will they ever get their rest?

If I was a shinobi, I'd want to be super weak fodder. So no one ever wants to use and revive me.
