since juubi truly is where that chakra originates from it will participate in bringing the juubi further to perfection, but probably it'll just become a power up for naruto..

It's not going anywhere its still in RDS , go back and check the panel when Oro slices his belly ... Only 5 souls come out ... 4 kages and oro's arms.

No you see 5 things come out 4 where the kages the other went the other way after that you see orochimaru get his soul..
