Sarutobi only one revived NOT in prime?

All the others seem so youthful. Why did Madara get revived with such a young face?

Madara's was a special type, Kabuto said himself. Hashirama, Minato, and Tobirama were all revived the state they were in when they died, so it only makes sense for hiruzen to be as well.

coz kabuto altered his body as for sarutobi he died being old and got sealed in the RDS so no one was there to edo tensei him again thats y no one altered his body

Edos typically aren't revived in their prime; Kabuto chose to enhance Edo Madara and restore him to his prime appearance, along with giving him Hashi's DNA.

Orochimaru could have revived Hiruzen in his prime, but I don't think it was necessary.

simply because hiruzen lived the longest. hashi tobirama minato all died young. Hiruzen died old so he was revived old. Since kabuto only had one edo that was different(aka madara) i assume it is quite difficult to manage to revive them young.
