[Discussion] Sealed Kyuubi in Reaper Death Seal

In Naruto Manga 618, when oro cut the stomach of shinigami, the sealed kyuubi's chakra should return to kyuubi, and make him more powerful. Don't you think?

Three possibilities:

1) Minato sealed half the chakra in himself and then himself into the death god. Hence, while he is free, the Kyuubi's chakra still resides inside him.

2) It doesn't matter how it happened, the Kyuubi's chakra was in the death god, and now it is out. Result? Kurama gets all his chakra back.

3) Kurama gained back his chakra long ago, just like any other living thing. So nothing happens. (The fact that Kurama has been recently shown to meld and build up chakra supports this one the most, in my opinion, but we shall see)

As much as I never thought kyuubi was weaker and missing half of his power all the time, if it is possible for him to be complete (in case he wasn't already complete because he healed up), he should get his chakra back and be complete again.

I don't think, it was only half of Kyuubi's chakra sealed that day, because if he had known that Kurama could build up chakra by itself in some hours, he would not have sealed it in the first place, in exchange for his life... Something else, like half of its soul, should have been sealed (like oro's arms). I don't think Minato was a fool.
