What sort of timeframe would we be talking about i always wondered, i mean for example techniques that require minimal chakra molding would be quicker right, ones that didn't require handseals especially, like when Yamato managed to struggle to make a handseal despite Sasuke's numbing stab wound it took him a few seconds, would a technique without handseals and of a lower rank be faster than that?

I suggested making it follow the same rules as Chidori.
Basically sasuke can use nagashi with no handseals, he can use all chidori variants without handseals.
But other bio's should have to make at least one handseal for Chidori and all it's variants.
