[Discussion] 618's Edo-Tensei | Break or Hold?

Hi.


Probably already posted, but I just finished reading 618 and wanted to see your point of view on something.


As you know, Madara broke the Edo-Tensei binding because he "knew the seals" and whatnot. What's stopping Tobirama/Hiruzen from doing this themselves? Tobirama invented the friggin jutsu, and Hiruzen is said to know every jutsu in the Leaf Village. (Tobirama's from the Leaf, invented the jutsu, hence it's a Leaf Jutsu).

I mean there's absolutely no reason for them to stick to being stuck to the Edo-tensei binding, since Tobirama is there at least. It's kind of a risky thing for Oro/Sasuke to do, don't you think? Granted, all those Kage's were nice guys and probably won't go apecrap mode on anyone like Madara did, but I still believe it's a dumb thing of them to do since what I'm saying SHOULD be the case.


So what do You think, are they going to be kept bound, or will Tobirama do the same thing Madara did?

I'm assuming Orochimaru will control them and won't let them break free.

A couple ideas:

1) Kabuto's version of Edo Tensei gave his Edo's control of their own bodies as well as their conciousness (however, they were "programmed" to fight the enemy). Oro's didn't have complete control over their bodies.

2) Maybe they could have broken out of it if Oro had ended Edo Tensei ... but he didn't ... and they got sealed.

the thing that's stopping them is Orochimaru NOT being an idiot like Kabuto I doubt he would give them control of their body lol that would be a death wish, I think they will stay bound until Sasuke is finished and then they will become Orochimaru's tools unless he gives them free will then they break it

hold, otherwise tobi and hashi broke out of the damn thing the first time they were edo'd.

they all have the potential to break free.

minato knows a lot of sealing technique.
hiruzen read every book in konoha even the master of all the known techniques in konoha himself.
tobirama, for obvious reasons he created the technique himself.
hashi, for faith and comparison cause madara did it and he was also around during the time tobirama made it.


but they wont break free.

Hopefully Tobirama breaks free and shows minato how to. I think hiruzen will see oro slap him for causing his death, then thank him or bringing him back hahah.

Nice point this one. Otherwise Madara would have broken free of the Edo Tensei straightaway, right?
