With the power of the 4 Kage, Orochimaru is virtually unbeatable. Whoever would be fighting him wouldn't even be able to kill Orochimaru because they need to undo the edotensei. However with the power of the 4 Kage, no one will be able to cast a genjutsu to force orochimaru to undo the edotensei.
I have a theory that somehow Karin will Join them. Sasuke, Suigetsu and Juugo will fight Orochimaru and the Kage. Karin will use Uzumaki Sealing Jutsu to seal the Kage and Sasuke will kill Orochimaru.
