since reaper death seal has been broken the half of kuramas chakra should come or has came out. I don't know exactly what will happen but I'm sure that kishi won't leave it unattended. We could see naruto get a MASSIVE power up because of this

We don't even know if the half of the Kyuubi was even acquired, I don't see how Orochimaru would even know of the events that took place when Minato sacrificed himself, so he wouldn't know about the half of the Kyuubi being sealed within the Death God. No one but the 3rd Hokage and certain Anbu members knew about it..

Edit: Actually there's already proof in the manga Orochimaru doesn't know about the events that happened that day. Otherwise he wouldn't have attempted to revive Minato when he fought Hiruzen.

Nah, its not the matter of "willingly handing over the second half of kyubis chakra" but rather the seal is broken and it should release the other half of the power just like orochimaru's hands(which was also the part of soul),
But,
the case changes if any constraints where put on by oro like only the ones he want comes out

Nonetheless I've come to a standpoint. One of two things happened:

1. The only things that came out of the Death God were only the things of Orochimaru's choosing.

2. Everything that had been sealed within the Death God had been released into the world; that would mean the Kyuubi's chakra, which would have automatically returned to Naruto the same way Orochimaru's arms did.
