There is only 1 way to escape the jutsu completely. That is knowing and performing the one and only handseal that Madara used. I doubt Minato knows it. And even he did, Oro knows that Hashirama, Tobirama and Hiruzen definitely know it, and he is not going to let them have control over their bodies.
