madara only broke edo tensei because kabuto foolishly let him roam with a free will. Orochimaru knows better than to let pawns move on their own.

The first time he was summoned he was sealed Orochimaru didn't release it like Itachi forced Kabuto to do. So in all likelihood he will break it as it is his jutsu and Madara explained the weakness already.

Orochimaru will need to let them have their will if they are to talk to Sasuke about what they know. So, I think Tobirama should be able to break the Edo Tensei, and proceed to the battlefield to show us why he is a Hokage. <3

ONLY excuses are these

1. Orochimaru keeps Tobirama from full power...restricting his abilities (but Orochimaru shouldn't know about the contract release loop hole)
2. They pull another Nagato: they take away someone's unique power and give it to Madara

I agree with this, though I don't think Tobirama is going to try to break out of it in the first place.
