Kurama's other half chakra is back to naruto now?

Has Naruto gained the full strength of kurama and maybe tranform into more of the Sage himself?

It would be plausible to be true, in all honesty. However, we don't know for sure but if it DOES. That means that even with Kurama's vast chakra now, he'll have more than what he has now that's for sure lol.

Also, he may be able to transform into the actual Kyuubi? As in Kurama's physical form.

What are you talking about? Minato sealed half Kurama's chakra with Sealing Jutsu: Reaper Death Seal. In return, Death God took Minato's soul with the kyubi's.

Minato s gonna give it to Naruto. It was kind of foreshadowed last chapter. Naruto gained the power that minato intended for him to be able to use. The ability to share chakra and mold it to fit each person's type. Minato did it to naruto, and kurama said "this is the power you wanted him to be able to use". Minato will probably give naruto the Yin chakra.

and yeah u're right. the chakra was in Minato didn't go straight into the Shiki Fuin.

What are you talking about? Minato sealed half Kurama's chakra with Sealing Jutsu: Reaper Death Seal. In return, Death God took Minato's soul with the kyubi's.
