Yeah pretty much..but I guess Sasuke already knows about the seals since he knows Madara is still out there. He also knows the seals to un-Edo them so he just needs to be careful...or Kishimoto needs to troll Tobirama again

Hmmm this is an interesting theory but we will have to wait and see, it is possible that Oro will only use them for the purpose of fulfilling Sasuke's request and release them afterwards.

Nah, the only one to break the contract was Madara and this was done after when Kabuto was in that genjutsu or whatever. But like Oro said, he gained knowledge so maybe he gained information from Kabuto but it really comes down to how Oro will use them, if he does of course.
