Okay, so lets say that lee can dodge it in base mode. If the raikage already did, wouldn't that make Lee in his gates faster than A?

Sasuke didn't avoid it though and I'm willing to bet base sasuke speed>=lee base speed. on topic id say 7-8. lee is awesome but he and the gates are getting overrated recently. it was an amazing accomplishment kicking madara in half bit for all we know he was already a couple gates in had kuramas. cloak and he was tossed by guy also in kuramas cloak. . so two of the top tier fast shinobi with capeabilities assumed to have been multiplied by three accomplished that feat. lra >gates. if guy had the potential to ne faster than raikage then kakashi wouldn't have been the first choice for godaime hokage.
