In the latest chapter, in the end page of it, we see assume in Kenosha amidst the ruins. Right behind him if u kk closely is the hokage building.. And he's facing forward it.. He's goin to the hokage monument. It all makes sense.. He knows it well. It has hashi and tobirama secret and it could also be the reason why oro wanted 2 be hokage.. He knows about it!!£

Anyways, it would make sense if he revives the fourth. He is the one who knew about what Tobi did and how. Tobi told Sasuke that the Kyuubi incident was a complete accident. If he learns that Tobi was the one who controlled the nine tails, then I bet some hatred will built. After all, it was due to the Kyuubi that the Uchiha rebellion incited. If he learns it was due to Madara's and Obito's plan, then there is a reason for Sasuke to fight alongside Naruto.

Reviving the hokages would definitely draw my interest, but it appears the scroll has something to do with the Uchiha. All though Kishi said in a past interview "some characters that were not going to appear will appear again". I don't remember the exact words but that was the main point.
