If there ever were two shinobi worthy of the title of Kage from their respective villages, they would be Hashirama Senju and The Sandaime Raikage (The 3rd, pre-scar). Should these two great legends clash, who would remain standing?

This technique exerts an hallucinatory effect upon the eyesight, effectively blinding the opponent. No matter how skilled an opponent may be, they are forced to wait helpless in this world of darkness, as this technique allows the user to attack unseen. Although it negates sight, it does not stop the other senses.
Wood Clones
A clone that is created by altering the user's own cells with chakra. It has more endurance than the normal shadow clones and doesn't disappear when hit by the enemies' attacks. Moreover, since it has the ability to merge with plants and trees, it is also great for reconnaissance missions.[3] They have the ability to travel far from the user and are able to communicate with the original.
After performing the required hand seals, the user creates a gigantic wooden dragon from the ground directly beneath them, which can then be directed to attack an intended target. Its shape closely resembles a Chinese dragon, though with a short trunk-like nose, having an elongated and serpentine body that is longer than Naruto Uzumaki's Tailed Beast Mode, which can be used to constrict larger opponents. It also has the ability to absorb a tailed beast's chakra once it is bound. As a Wood Release technique, it reacts to Naruto's Tailed Beast Mode, sprouting trees along its length.
Advent of a World of Flowering Trees
Taking advantage of the innate properties of Wood Release which allows the user to force trees to grow on any surface in an instant, the user creates a dense forest of flowering trees. The pollen produced by these flowers is then released into the atmosphere and when inhaled, renders any afflicted target unconscious.
Medical Ninjutsu: Regeneration
According to Madara, Hashirama was also able to use medical ninjutsu. His skill with which were such that he could heal himself without forming seals, and from the medical ninjutsu that his descendant Tsunade — who is considered to be the greatest medical-nin in the world as it is — has displayed, Madara surmised that his medical techniques were also on an entirely different level.

The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra that, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate the user's nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses to react faster, and to push physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing for tremendous raw speed. The armor also increases the user's defenses, drastically reducing, if not completely negating, damage from incoming attacks.
Hell Stab
The Hell Stab is the strongest technique of the Third Raikage, whereby he concentrates a considerable amount of lightning chakra into just the finger-tips of a single hand and then performs a thrusting motion, which together allows him to pierce a target. When he shifted all his power into one finger it was capable of cutting off all of Gyūki's tails during an encounter, and was capable of piercing even the his own Lightning Release Armor, regarded as the "strongest shield."
He had enormous chakra reserves, being able to use the Kohaku no Jōhei to seal the Eight-Tails each time the beast went berserk during his time. He was able to single-handedly delay an entire army consisting of ten thousand shinobi for three days and nights before finally collapsing — something normal shinobi could only achieve with drug enhancers
MY CONCLUSION

Let's face it, neither of these guys are going to take each other down, being that Hashi will regenerate/heal himself nearly instantaneously and that the Sandaime's LRA is too superior.
Even if Hashi used Advent of a World of Flowering Trees, he would still have to deal with killing him, which he does not have the means to do.
Wood Dragon, or wood in general, has only been seen to react to tailed beast chakra, so with no example, I toss this technique out.
It could be argued that Hashi could used BOD and go chill in the Bahamas or something while Sandaime runs around looking for him until he dies though. :sy: But let's be realistic; blinding him will serve him no advantage other than protecting himself, but even then (and once again) Sandaime will remain unharmed.
