Idk man I like all of them. Even though he died, Jiraiya set up the savior of the world. Tsunade nearly immortal, and Orochimaru escaping death many times. I'd say it's tied between Oro and J man. Oro maybe?

They are equal I think Oro and J-man are cooler than Tsunade(...barely,) her boobs make her so cool) but if they all got in a fight I don't see a real winner.

Just added a poll :)

According to the databook, Orochimaru was the pride of konoha back when he was good... Tsunade revolutionized medical ninjutsu etc..
so it's a battle between those two..

Jiraya, I don't recall ever had hype or did anything really remembarable when compared to those two..

As for

Easily Tsunade I guess.. not only because of her improvements in medic system , 3 man team etc... but the very fact that she's hokage

I personally think Tsunade as well, for the same reason as you listed. However, Jiraiya was in fact the teacher of 3 top 5 shinobi. One being the 4th Hokage and the other being the Jesus of this show. Also is pretty much the reason why Naruto even stood a chance against Pain. He definitely deserves more credit then that.

I feel like Tsunade will be remembered the most solely for the reason that she is the Hokage.

I don't know, I just feel that Tsunade may well be the most remembered because of her role as Hokage. The Hokage monument will exist for as long as villagers of Konoha exist, so any face on that mountain will be remembered for all time. Orochimaru will be remembered, but for how long? Who has he got to pass on his will? No-one. And as for Jiraiya, he'll always be remembered as a courageous, eccentric hero, but I can see his name being grouped with Kakashi or the like as just 'a hero' from Konoha. I dunno like, I just think Tsunade's status as a Hokage is going to give her the longest legacy.

After a generation or two, who remembers the teachers of the famous people? Who knows who taught hashirama? or who taught white fang?
People will remember the yellow flash, The hokage, but Jiraya well just be remembered as one of the sannin...

Tsunade will be remembered as one of the sannin + medical genius + Hokage

Orochimaru will be remembered because he was that snake eyed evil guy who attacked konoha..

Jiraya wont even be remembered for what he did against Pain, because only a few knew about it really

Either Oro or Jiraiya.
Tsunade wasn't much of a memorable Hokage. She was the weakest among them and the Sannins.
Oro would be remembered for his intelligence and scientific discoveries while Jiraiya shall be remembered as a hero.

Tsunade won't be remembered as a hero neither? She definitely will have a heroic moment before her death.

Jiraiya to me was and will be the greatest sannin ever even though they all have there own unique quality.

@Forbidden Technique I'm so jealous of your Rock lee avatar, it better then mines.

Lol, thanks man. :D

Completely agree with this.

I think you mean noone has feats, because he hs hype by madara that is apparently greater.
And all hype is false until proven, so false hype is true hype, know what I mean?
Anyway I agree though.

It's what I consider "false hype" because Tsunade went on to prove the reason Madara claimed Hashirama's superiority wrong. Healing without handseals was the one of the biggest reasons Madara gave the title to Hashi. And hell, even Kabuto has done that.

Lets not forget, Madara has no clue about Katsuyu or her various feats in medical ninjutsu. It's why Hashirama's hype is so flawed in so many cases. Madara just boasts him as the strongest everything without having any clue of what others can truly do.

I'm going with the J-Man, but it really is close as all hell, haha.

J-Man is the "First" with sage mode, as well as the sensei of 3 of the greatest Ninja in Naruto

Oro found a village, created and mastered a lot of jutsu, and is basically immortal.

Tsunade can basically save anyone from dying and is ridiculously strong.

It really is hard, but I have to go with J-Man until we see how Oro and Tsunade ends up.

Completely agree with this.

I mean, all three are always going to be remembered as part of the three legendary Sannin, so in a sense, they'll be equally remembered for the roles they played in that specific squad. But yeah, if I had to look at individual legacies, i'd probably have to go with Tsunade possessing the longest, simply because of her role as leader of the village.

Im still not seeing your point, he didnt renounce the hype at all. He just says its the same ability that hashi possessed, but im not starting a discussion about this. Of course I know what your talking about, but It doesnt lead me to believe that she was conclusively greater than him as far as strength of healing jutsu's but watev

The point is Madara spouts off random "facts" about Hashirama without knowing what others are capable of. It really hurts his credibility is the point here. He talked about regeneration without handseals like something exclusive to Hashirama. 2 others have done it outside of him. He has no knowledge of Tsunade healing an entire village, her saving Neji and Chouji from death's door, removing the effects of Tsukuyomi from Kakashi and Sasuke, successfully pulling off Lee's life threatening surgery, etc, etc.

Madara can't be very well trusted with his statements about anyone. Not in my mind, anyway.
