Its kind of impossible to do this gauntlet since we have little to no info on shisui. He technically could take out all of them with KA, and he was fast (known as shisui of the body flicker) but thats all we know - which is nothing.

All we know is danzo toke his eye, shishui was great at body fliker so i think he would speed blitz all of them

He hates uchiha's, he never lost to Ao because he didn't die by him. Lastly Danzo ordered for him to give him his eyes, just like itachi was ordered to kill his clan. He knows absolutely nothing
