Team 2 is smart but like the other thread, 0 knowledge is given for both sides. In other news, Shikamaru already confessed how great Temari's fighting style was. When she used one of her lower Futons on Tayuya, Shikamaru commented something along the lines of how potent a jutsu it was, unlike his own (his own words here). His calculations definitely hold advantages but miscalculations are possible in this manga. Remember how Shikamaru pretty much gave up against their battle against Tayuya and said they had no chance? He never even considered a technique on the scale of Kiri Kiri (if she decides to use this off the bat it's over for them).
Most likely the battle will begin with them trying to get close to her, but are easily swatted away every time. Sakura would try to destroy the battleground and use rocks for cover and incognito, but Temari's proficiency with her jutsu makes such a tactic null. Shikamaru would try to take control of the situation but undoubtedly fall short (and Temari will just increase the distance between them). This is where Shikamaru is forced to think of a plan to have a chance, but the entire idea behind is tactics is that he uses a particular pose when thinking of strategies. He had the tree for cover last time, but against a farrr more powerful Temari in this battlefield he's not going to have that luxury.
I don't want to write Sakura off like she's a non-factor, it's just a bad match for her. Using the hard ground as a physical shield might actually work against a weaker version of Temari but not this one.
