1. Battled the ten thousand shinobi for three days and night alone without stop
2. Has chakra which is more than the eight tails
3. Survive a direct hit of bijuu dama
4. Faster than Lord A(present raikage)
5. Has an attack more powerful than the bijuu dama (Hell stab)
6. Has an amour which can withstand any attack even as powerful as the bijuu dama
7. ..........................Need I say more?

3rd Raikage gets underrated. He's one of the few people who legitimately solo'd a bijuu without having a kekkei genkai taylor made for dealing with them. He's fast with his lightning armour(about A's v1) he can destroy all mokuton with his lightning blade, Hashirama can't damage him. His stamina is at bijuu level as well.

With feats 3rd Raikage should take this.
