Ten ten has banana fan so not her, choji had major power up, ino can control obito, shino is really strong and sneaky.... in my opinion it has to be biju naruto but who do you think, try to post why and no i acctualy think its kiba even sakura could beat him up, al he does is fang over fang -_- And dont flame Sakura!!!
