Am not bashing kabuto,and yes,he's in top 10,but he is no longer in top 5 due to the DNA he lost!

I am not anyone fan, but as "Naruto manga" fan only.
Also neither about "bashing Kabuto", (....)
It's your title and your post have different meaning.
What has Orochimaru's DNA had to do with your Title.
Orochimaru was doing 1st Hokage's DNA = Yamato as the result;
Not Orochimaru's DNA - where was this stated.
Orochimaru was not a beast.
He became a "Snake" (rather "White Snake") when he found it, and 3rd Hokage mentioned about the something about "White Snake" and him (Orochimaru). That make him to study in detail about snake -> Snake mode.
When did you start reading and understanding this Naruto manga.
I would say that you are reading another (or more) manga, that confuse you.
Read and understand about NARUTO manga;

They were fighting people stronger than in then era. Kabuto is simply better than Itachi that's why he cut him down a few times not because Itachi let him.

He compared Izanami to Kabuto getting stronger, whilst the former can be considered an asspull and the later is natural in a manga. The was no chance Kabuto would have taken Itachi out as it simply went against the plot, just like a villain almost never wins, it's got nothing to do with Itachi being stronger, which he isn't.

Such a silly argument. At the end of the day, Itachi owned him. I'm no Itachi fanboy but you're looking past the facts and not making observations of the trends with Edo shinobi.

And yet you leave out the fact that Itachi wasn't(by any means) trying to kill Kabuto, he had to use his ability to regenerate(by being an edo) to press kabuto and wait for the right time to use izanami to stop kabuto(without killing him..) to undo the edo tensei. If it was itachi vs kabuto and they were fighting to the death, itachi would rape kabuto's corpse

Kabuto can't perform sage mode because he would need oro's cells to even sustain it,
And he can't perform edotensei either because he also needs oro's cell to upgrade it.
Don't quot me wrong,he can Learn sage mode,but he lacks the most essential tool;Oro's cell.
He has the knowledege to performing edotensei,but he also lacks the same essential tool to upgrade it.besides most of his strongest EDO's are sealed up!

What in Itachi's arsenal would kill Kabuto? Tsukyomi, no. Amaterasu, no. Susanoo, no. Normal ninjutsu, no. Tai jutsu, no. Doesn't matter either way as Itachi's not on the level where he can do what he did without Sasuke's help, edo body and Kishimoto's blessing. What makes you think he would "rape" him.
