no he's uzumaki and they're distant blood relatives with the senju so he just needs uchiha DNA

Naruto can't get Rinnegan because he is a "incomplete" Senju. Other words he does not have correctly DNA to be enabled to get Rinnegan even if he so mixed him up with Uchicha DNA/Juubi DNA.
