guess so. like I said no external wounds that I could find, and no obvious head damage, sign of infection or problems with her eyes. we don't know of her past so we don't know if she had any thing that could cause unconsciousness like anaemia etc so....what do you think we should do? if she wakes up we need to make sure she eats and drinks in case anaemia or dehydration was the cause but we still don't know how she ended up in the river....her breathing is fine and she doesn't seem to have swallowed any water and I couldn't seem to find anything wrong with her heart and her rate seems normal...any one even know when or why she left?
