If sasuke was a girl, how do you think that would effect sasuke and itachi's relationship? Its weird thinking about it, but I imagine that it would cause a lot of differences in their back story, and encounters during parts 1 and 2.

Thoughts? (feel free to elaborate)

If Sasuke was a girl, then there would be NaruSasu all over the place, and I hate to admit I would really like it. In fact, if the Manga had been made that way, I would have been slightlty more interested... Since it would beat the common paradigma that Shonen Mangas can't have love on them as a main objective too. That would break many boundaries. And I also hate to admit that Girl Sasuke would be pretty sexy too.

No, I just wondered how it would effect there relationship U_U, although I guess there's nothing really to compare it to in the naruto universe since there is a surprising lack of Brother-sister relationships there.

Honestly, it would have been different since when you have a brother you guys came closer to each other and know a lot of thing about each other...brothers develop stronger bone where as brother and sister develop a bone, but not to the level of 2 bothers or 2 sisters.
