chibaku tensi is a small ball which has a great gravity ,this small ball raise in sky then start its work
it is hard to deal with jutsu as chibaku tensi
but i know two jutsu can easily counter it
1.kakashi's long range kamui:it is so easy to kakashi to warp this small ball(smaller than rasingan)
2.may muu and unki's dust:as they can use the dust to destory this small ball
there are shinobi can deal with chibaku tensi in another way
1.obito:intangible and teleporting
2.minato:use ftg to escape from it

Those are more than two jutsus you mentioned.

The flaw in the way u think u could handle chibaku tensei is: That small ball u are calling, represents an expanding impulse force which totally breaks away from d the range of "particle style", as, initially, "CT", starts with a small size but it gets gigantic, plus both in comparison, p.s. and c.t., take moreless the same time to be summoned

You might be right, I was thinking somewhat the same thing.

but kakashi with kamui can easily kamui it before it get bigger and the dust too

The best way dealing with the ball is u got to hit that summoner first, hit it, kick it or distract it until he no longer gain consciousness.

plus, using particle style would only divert the direction of the chibaku tensei (which is if willing to 360 degrees), it might drop it down to 60 degrees of impulse force, but not breaking away totally from it, so, it would be useless :)

but kakashi with kamui can easily kamui it before it get bigger and the dust too

I think it would be incredibly hard trying to set your focus on thin mere air, as air is not, visually speaking an object.

Or what? You´d expect Kakashi to teleport an area the width or size of a football stadium? not even land, but a mass of air?

I give u the could, probably happen, but let´s set clear that sniping (sniper) at thin air sounds kinda stupid alright
