But Oro is weakened, he is armless(soul) and emaciated, he is facing EMS Sasuke now, Sasuke wouldn't have to exert too much effort in disposing him even if he decided to fight Madara or Naruto after meeting TOWKE.

I agree with almost everything of your theory.

I do think that Sasuke and Oro are a bit fools though.
On hand it is probably needed to share the body to meet Towke. So there is something in it for both. Sasuke needs to do it to meet him and Orochimaru will do it, so he will be in Sasuke his body to regain his strength and maybe one day take over his body.

Sasuke overestimates himself and/or underestimates Orochimaru and believes he wouldnt be able to take over his body, otherwise you are not gonna take the risk.

Orochimaru underestimates Sasuke and/or overestimates himself and believes he can take over his body in the future, otherwise he shouldnt take the risk of getting disposed off.

i think that sauske will not care what oro does after they meet the ONES ...i i think that he might even follow them or wait till the war is over , so he can get some of obitos DNA or something from madara i dont know ...but sauske will not fight oro unless he stands on his way which i think he wont . oro knows he's not strong to fight sauske . so he will stick around a bit more with them ..thats what i think

Well, Orochimaru is insidious, a parasite is insidious that takes its' host from the inside, so I don't see this method of insurance in his part as a sign of weakness but of deviousness.

You had touched on this idea in another thread you made, and it makes perfect sence. I would have to say that with the manga coming to a close sooner then later I would prefer a Sasuke slow redemption, but if Oro has his way he will still be a revenger. If Oro does not need his body for the scroll however I see maybe Oro counting on sasuke's arrogance and perhaps thinks he will let him go or rather take an opurtunity to flee at some point...I really hope your theory is not correct because we have been there and done that, but I would like to see Oro make a come back as much as i distain him

Yes, since there are no cursed seals left, if Kishi is following Rowling's idea of Horcruxes, that would make the creator of the phylactery vulnerable to true demise, but, since Orochimaru is weakened whereas Voldemort was not, so it would be anticlimactic to resurrect a frail Oro and dispose of him easily, so it's plausible to assume that Orochimaru will regain his strength, albeit temporarily by re-attaching himself again in Sasuke, but would ultimately be defeated in a battle of wills.
