(1) Ōnoki, (2) Kitsuchi, (3) Jirōbō, (4) Kakashi, (5) Jiraiya. (based off feats)

Filled with errors and I couldn't read a lot of it. But Darui should be in lightning instead of Kakuzu, Tobirama should be at least 2nd, if not 1st, Kakuzu should be much lower on the list, maybe not even on it, Naruto could be first or second, but Asuma should be second, and I have no idea who is on the list for earth. Anyway kakuzu only has one jutsu in each of these categories, so he should not be in any of the lists except in earth because he is a natural Doton user

the only light jutsu to dauri is the justu which he did against sasuke and sorry about the names

Obito's best feat, Fire Release: Blast Wave Wild Dance, requires the use of his Mangekyō Sharingan (two techniques).
The Second Mizukage had: the Hydrification Technique, Steaming Danger Tyranny, and the Water Gun Technique.
