She won't know that C4 is incoming; it requires sensory skills or Dōjutsu (Sharingan and Rinnegan) to be seen.
Katsuyu wouldn't be returning, there'd be nothing left of her to even begin regeneration. Tsuande is no different.

With Katsuyu she could maybe survive C3 by hiding inside her....since Katsuyu could survive Pain's massive Shinra Tensei but this wont work against C4. No matter how you spin it she can't reach him. Katsuyu can shoot acid but he'll evade them like he evaded Gaara's sand and keep attacking.

Okay now I know you are a troll. How does Tsunade regenerate when the cells in her body disintegrate? Mitotic regeneration won't work if the medium of regeneration, cells, are no longer there.

When Naruto used FRS against Kakuzu, Tsunade mentioned that it was a dangerous technique because the damage it did on the cellular network can't be healed even by Tsunade. Deidara's C4 works the same way and will no doubt kill Tsunade. If you deny this, you are basically going against what Tsunade said in the manga so it will be hypocritical of you to do so.
