Naruto and Sasuke - Final Battle

This isn't a vs thread, this is a discuss thread. I was re-reading the manga and i was thinking: Naruto is to much powerfull, he is without any doubts top 5, how can sasuke fight him? So, i want you to say your thoughs about how can sasuke became so much powerfull as naruto? His eyes is in the highest level, only rinnegan exceeds it, so wich powers can we gain to be at least at his level, to face the final fight with a chance vs naruto?

i think sasuke needs rinnegan and i think he would be training with madara , thats the only way i see sasuke standing a chance against naruto
