You guys aren't realising that kishi doesn't just pulls out powerups from his ass,just because fans are raging that a character needs one..
He gives that character the moment the character needs it most,but not before facing his enemy.......a valid example?
The main reason kishi gave naruto KCM was because he neede it to fight against EMS sasuke,right?
But instead he met up with obito and his paths....but during a moment of duress,he awakened BM,a far more stronger form..
What am saying is that sasuke has to be in the heat of a battle he knows he can't win,untill kishi grants him a powerup....that's what kishi has been doing,and if you fail to realise it uve clearly not been following the manga...
Sasuke got three tomoe in his fight with naruto at VOTE.
Sasuke awakened amateratsu during his fight with bee.
He got susanno during his fight with A....
So he can't just awaken any ability untill he's in the heat of a battle.

Naruto Tail-Beast Mode was a power up that just came out of nowhere. I think Sasuke already got his power up already, the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan. I don't know if he get another power up but anything possible.

EDIT: Also Sasuke was testing his new eye so he haven't even shown it true power. So Sasuke Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan could have some new upgrade moves that Sasuke will show when he battling Naruto or someone.
