Can Brother Sasuke use kamui?

And by that I mean does he have the capability to use it. He does have MS like Brother Tobi and Kakashi, so I'm just wondering why he or Brother Itachi hasn't used it.

No. It is unique to Obito's (and thus Kakashi's) MS.

Kamui is unique to Obito and Kakashi. It wouldn't suit Sasuke's fighting style anyway.

kamui is a unique ability from obito's eyes. Kakashi and Obito share one eye

Every Uchiha that has unlocked the MS has a different unique Skill or more adavanced technique than the other users.For example Kamui is a skill only available to Obito(and Kakashi,thanks to Obito's eye tranplanted to his eye socket).for the second,Itachi'sTsukiyomi is superior to Sasuke's, while Sasuke's Ameratsu is superior to itachi's.

I remember someone saying that in databook it's written that anyone can get Kamui while training(in Kakashi's profile) It's weird, if it's so, because I thought MS techs were unique. Maybe Kishi was bullshiitting so people wouldn't be wondering how the heck did Kakashi get his MS?
