during the war he and Hinata did the air wall palm together..

later Hinata's dad did the technique by himself with no help...

so i'm asking if Neji and Hinate can do it seperately as well..

Yeah, that's the one Neji used against Kisame when Team Guy fought him.

Edit- Never mind. Hinata's dad did the same technique that Neji did on Kisame that Hiashi did on Juubi. Air Wall Palm requires two people I believe.
