The only fast food places we have here is McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell, Jack in the Box, and KFC. So...my main choice is McDonalds.

No you did not. It tastes amazing. It's not actually called a McGangBang (that's pretty obvious) so basically buy a double cheese and a junior chicken. Then open your double cheese-burger and place your junior chicken inside. That is pretty much it and that is how it got the nickname of McGangBang xD
