I'll make one on pure speculation and Common Sense.

1.Naruto.

2.Sasuke.

3. Kabuto edo army.

4. Edo Madara.

5. Obito.

6. Hashirama.

7. Ems Madara.

8. Nagato.

9.Itachi/Minato.

10.Minato/Itachi?

Naruto and sasuke will become the strongest in the end no doubt.

I READ i still say Edo madara in 1v1 would probably beat sasuke and naruto ... they cant gain anything more after their next power ups this manga will end soon ...unless naruto gains rinnegans and other op **** ... and i dont think sasuke will even surpass edo madara.

i believe Naruto would be the strongest over sasuke. Theres no way Sasuke will become the strongest after the main character.

by saying Sasuke/Naruto or Naruto/Sasuke i think that is a way of him/her saying they will be equal as kishi said it to be or due to them both being main characters
