Who is stronger, Killer Bee or Third Raikage?!

Well, Bee is a perfect Jinchuuriki and as far as I know, Kishi stated that he is among the strongest characters in the manga. But I don't quite remember if he said this before introducing the Third.
But it is well known that a Bijuu is weaker without its host and basically to maximize the potential, the connection between the beast and the Bijuu has to be made.
I mean, look at Naruto now...

Bee has almost unlimited chakra coming from Gyuki and you're saying the third can outlast him lol. plus Bee also had Sahmehada to absorb chakra. How is the 3rd gonna outlast a perfect Jinchiruki?

B would likely win this battle but, it'd be very difficult given that he Third Raikage had ridiculous stamina/endurance.
He managed to stalemate Gyūki (Hachibi) and severed every tail:

The third Raikage was able to sever all of the Hachibi's Tentacle's with his One Finger Nukite. TBB was used but I'm not so sure what happened, since Hachibi said they both fell on their attacks I assume the TBB attempt failed.

I'm gonna go with the Third Raikage on this one.
