I need you guys help, it's hard for me to decide. I usually put Killer Bee on my top 10 but people say the Third Raikage is stronger than him but I'm not so sure. If I remember correctly, the 8 tails and the Third drew in their battle. However it isn't just Gyuki anymore, its Killer Bee and Gyuki's power together.
The Raikage is definitely a tank as is one of the most powerful shinobi I have ever seen is the manga. It will take an almighty jutsu to stop him or even slow him down. He has one of the most strongest attack and defense, plus he is one of the fastest ninja of the manga. People also forget he has black lightning in his arsenal as well, I must say he is probably the greatest Lightning release user in the manga too.
As for Killer Bee, he is pretty darn strong, not on the Raikage's level in terms of strength but KB was strong enough to stop Suigetsu's blade with his bare hands. Also in base form, his lariat is stronger than Ay's in Lightning armor which is incredible. He is very fast as well, on par with his brother's V1 speed (when in the 8 tails cloak form). Killer Bee is also probably the best swordsman in the series because his movement with the 7 swords style is even too unpredictable for the sharingan to follow. The 3rd Raikage may be a powerhouse but so is Killer Bee, he's able to spam continuous tailed beast balls in full 8 tails mode. People also forget that Killer Bee has Samehada now, he can absorb his opponents chakra with it.
Really I can't decide who is better so I will go by who has the most votes on the poll I think.
