He is one of most feared shinobi and one of strongest villains ..

Why he helping someone like sasuke who only care
About himself ..

he can probably use sage mode and edo tensei like kabuto could now... along with all those powers kabuto attained , if orochimaru was to get sasuke's body he could have EMS (and possibly rinnegan if that is what he is helping sasuke with) then he would literally be un killable

Yeah, Sasuke may have developed too much for Oro. When they last fought Sasuke didn't have EMS or even MS. He has a lot more fight experience too... Danzo, Raikage, Itachi, Killer Bee, Kages, etc. Sasuke has been very busy!
