My favorite is Sasuke and I'm a bit of a fan boy when it comes to this, but in all seriousness this is my list of most likely to least likely

Please note these are my opinions and take into account all abilities and outcomes. Also these battles would be no holds barred, all out fight and most of them would probably end in stalemates or draws but I believe Sasuke would still dominate during these matches.

Naruto/ Madara (tied)
Itachi (without illness)
Obito/ Kakashi (another tie)
Bee
and MAYBE Orochimaru (since he just keeps on coming back)

my favorite is kakashi... and he would lose too. not to many people actually, but he would lose to nagato, itachi for sure, madara for sure, rinnegan obito that's for sure, naruto. And that's all i'll really throw a bone at. I'm more than willing to debate any other losses anyone has to throw out there

Kakashis my favorite too and usually when I discuss who can beat who, I leave out cheap abilities, but since everyone is getting there abilities enabled, there is very few people kakashi wouldn't beat. He really can kamui anyone instantly and I think he would honestly beat itachi. Kakashi wouldn't fall for tsunkyomi again and might actually have some resistance to it because of his Ms. Also I beloved that kakashi could use the close range kamui to absorb amaterasu flames off of him. Finally, we now know that kurama chakra boosts his kamui abilities by a factor of 3. Id call the hachibi easily 3 times the size of itachis susanoo, therefore I beloved that even if it takes all of his chakra kakashi could warp all of susano
