Jiraiya and orochimaru are going to fight it out with summoning techniques....tsunade might rely on her byakugou technique if Mei's element release techniques harm her but if tsunade gets the chance to hit her in a close range battle, she will be damaged. Mei's hidden mist technique could help her win in the long run. Only way orochimaru dies is if jiraiya's toads stomp on him and even then it's questionable. Oro is a very sneaky and sly shinobi. Frog song would have defenitly did the trick but it's excluded and edo tensei is just unfair so good job with that one. Conclusion: Draw they will all escape each other due to severe wounds and spent chakra to live on and fight another day.

Orochimaru uses Edo Tensei to bring back the 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th, since Jiraiya & Tsunade don't know any sealing jutsu's for resurrections they can't stop it. 1st & 2nd take out Tsunade but Tsunade manages to take out the second and fatally injuring the 1st with her Slug thus leaving the 1st to die eventually (keep in mind it's Oro controlling them not perfect edo tensei) She manages to revive herself and helps Jiraiya fight the 4th and 3rd off at the same time. Jiraiya enters Sage mode and takes out the third with a big ball rasengan, the fourth takes Jiraiya out with a rasengan just as he connects with the 3rd. Tsunade focuses a lot of chakra to her fists and crushes the 4th's face with a killer punch, just as she rushes to heal Sage Jiraiya, Oro senses they may have a little trouble so he commands Mei to take Tsunade out and she uses her Lava glob technique and takes off Tsunade's head leaving her incapacitated. That leaves Sage Jiraiya vs Oro & Mei. And we obviously know Sage Jiraiya has no chance against Oro solo let alone Mei included. Team 2 takes this Low/Medium diff.
