Wind Release: Rasen Shuriken> TBB? Wtf Kishi?

So apparently, when Naruto, Bee, and Itachi were fighting Nagato, they all used their strongest far range techniques like Itachi used Yasaka Magatama, Bee used TBB, and Naruto used FRS. Was this a troll by Kishi or was Naruto just not feeling like using it or it would look weird if two TBB's are right next to each other. I personally feel like it would look weird, but what do you guys think about this. Lool xd
