Deidara's nano bombs

Which other ninja in the narutoverse would be able to survive this attack?Without sharingan obviously.Can it be countered or avoided?

Nagato/Madara/Obito could see the bombs and avoid them with a Shinra Tensei. There are a few other counters, but most ninja won't be aware of the bombs, so they'll die either way.

Then there are others, such as Sasori that wouldn't even be aware of the attack, due to them not breathing. Also, it's possible that the Hyuuga could possibly pull it off, since they'll be able to see them, maybe with Rotation ??

I must admit, I haven't really studied the Hyuuga thoroughly, but after thinking about it, I doubt they can see it, as their eyes focus mainly on the chakra points. However, as I said, I'm not really sure about this.

Actually, I'm not sure if the Hyuuga can see chakra outside of a ninja's body. If that was the case, then they too would be vulnerable to the Hidden Mist technique, which is not the case.

I think they can just see the Kaiten.

A few things are needed to counter this

You must be able to SEE or sense the nano bombs and be able to escape it somehow..

Meaning, just having a doujutsu, will not help you.. aka hyuugas.. won't be able to escape the vicinity of the nano bombs fast enough

Sasuke's clone couldn't outrun it ... he need Raiton and sharingan to counter it

If the Third and Fourth Raikages maintained their Raiton Armor, the technique would enter their bodies deactivated.
Mū would be able to sense the incoming bombs and he'd take flight, reaching the appropriate altitude to remain safe.
