Then whats chakra control about?
Because Molding a jutsu with the prfered outcome,conversion,transference......thats what naruto has achieved.

hmmm ..... well he is the main character so its only natural that by the end of this series he will be the strongest shinobi ever lived and the best in ..... everything (even though i think its silly, he is just too young in a series that shows how much experience makes a BIG difference but ..... sigh he is not even a shinobi any more, he is SS3). anyways naruto will keep getting his huge power ups until no one is even close to him (except sasuke with his power ups) so arguing with that is .... pointless. my suggestion is to not even include these two in a top 10 strongest list or compare them to anyone for two reasons :

1. they get huge power ups during the fights or between it (getting silly in my opinion) so if you don't think they are the strongest then wait and give them a few chapters.

2. are they even shinobi anymore ??

naruto becoming the best was the writer's intention in the first place (obviously)
