Ninetail's complete chakra...a power close to the Juubi?

As we all know, a Bijuu on its own isn't much. For a Bijuu to able to fully amplify it's power, it has to be sealed within a person and make a perfect bond with him or her. Only then, the true power of the Jinchuuriki can emerge.

That is what they were created for, by the Sage. The Jinchuuriki seal and the 9 Bijuu. A jutsu passed down through the ages, a weapon for Shinobi to fight tyranny and injustice. That's their purpose.

And no one has fulfilled that purpose more than Uzumaki Naruto and the Ninetails Kurama. If not for them, this war would have ended in tragedy long ago. And in Kurama's own words, "The fruit that Minato and Kushina bore, has finally ripened."

Although that power is immense and has had a lasting impact on the world already, it is still not complete. For HALF of it, still rests in the belly of the God of Death!

Do you think if Naruto gains that half back as well, he will be able to rival the Juubi in power? I think so.U_U

From what we've been seeing yes. Logically, Kurama's chakra supply shouldn't come anywhere near to that of the Juubi, seeing as the Juubi's chakra is basically infinite. But we know Kishi, he'll pull something out of his arse in order to make Naruto win.

Why? Kurama was created FROM the Juubi. And the Juubi doesn't have that crucial piece of its power. It would make sense to me.

The Juubi has infinite chakra it can draw in.

Its ttb can be as big as it wants

But until this last chapter it has been forced to just sit there and attack only when and where obito and madara want it to.

So let me correct myself he did pass down a seal but it was not broadcast to everyone or to the people that eventually became the other villages

Naruto took on 5 other Jinchuurki and beat them head on. The Juubi only has the power of those defeated Bijuu, Kurama and Gyuuki are it's most important parts which it doesn't have. On top of that it doesn't have a Jinchuurki and is in beast form. I think it makes sense for Naruto to match its power with the other half of Kurama's chakra. And no you won't quit, there's no need to lie.

It sure as hell wasn't forbidden by the Sage, and Obito said that it WAS infact passed down, at the summit.

I believe this to be a false statement indeed, seeing as the nine tailed beast together=Juubi right? Why would one Biju in its perfect form even reach more than a fraction of the Juubi's power?

It just doesn't make sense to me.. Hypothetically, all of the tailed beast could have reached a "perfect" form if each of their host had committed the same acts as Naruto, and went through similar situations.. Does this also mean (due to your theory) that they would be close to the Juubi's power? I don't think so.
