There is no proof of that. If you look at the two moves and take into consideration Sasuke = Naruto, it makes very little sense to give Naruto a offensive weapon that would completely destroy Sasuke's best defensive weapon (and Sasuke himself as well, according to you) My guess is if Naruto hits Sasuke's Susano'o with a TBB that it will destroy the Susano'o but will leave Sasuke unharmed.
