This list is comprised of Shinobi who in a 1 v 1 would prove difficult or impossible to be beat by any other character in the narutoverse.

I left out Muu for onki
I left out kabuto since he cannot use edo on the same level now that oro took his chakra back.
I kept in oro because everyone on the list is supposed to be considered at the full strength.

Please restrain from debunking anyone from this list unless your prepared to provide evidence for your claims.If anyone wants to ask why i chose a particular character just ask and i will explain why i personally believe so by showcasing evidence and briefing there skills.

I guess kishi wanted to reinforce the notion that hinata will be there for him no matter what.

Naruakura and naruhina aside i think sakura should of been there for moral support.

I mean the outcome of the last chapters are alright and i can't change things but it would of been nice to see naruto give sakura chakra and have her heal everyone on a massive scale that way sakura can have some panel time and an objective.
Her just being shown every other panel just standing there is a shame for a main character.

Anyways how come you didn't add in Kakuzu or Sasori for the runner up category:

Kakuzu makes it a 5v1 any time you fight him....he also has the elemental advantage and expirience
Sasori only has to hit you once to kill you....and he has a huge range of attacks
