So I was reading this manga book called Sand Land, created by Akira Toriyama, who also created Dragon Ball.

And we all know Kishi got some of his ideas from Dragon Ball.

So yeah Temari's summoning Kamatari is a one-eyed weasel holding a sickle.

Well in Sand Land there is a weasel holding a sickle too, so I'm saying maybe Kishi got the idea for Temari's summoning from Sand Land

Akiras Weasel says Japanese Demon, quite a lot of stuff in manga is based of Japanese lore. They both took inspiration from the same thing Im guessing.

Actually you're wrong, both Kishi AND Toriyama have taken this from Japanese Shintoistic Mythology.
